Hello to EVERYONE at Malisa!
It was a pleasant surprise when we were told by our original accommodation (Sugar Palm) that we were upgraded to Malisa Villas.
The villa has a great layout. Kitchenette and living room/sitting area outside with an intimate pool. A jacuzzi bath tub in addition to a standing rain shower. Words don't do it justice!
I have to mention that the staff at Malisa Villas are really helpful and polite, always with a smile! On the day of our check-out, we wanted to hire a local cab service to drive us around until our flight departs at night. When we approached the front desk at Malisa, they offered to translate our request and itinerary into the Thai language without us having to request for it! That is service with anticipation! I must also praise the staff on their good command of English!
I would love to stay at the Malisa Villas on my next visit to Phuket and have recommended Malisa to my friends.
