A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation.
The deposit will be charged on the confirmation. Deposit is non-refundable for no-show.
The balance due will be settled upon departure.
One additional night room rate will be charged for early check out.

arrival, one night will be charged.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival
or No-Show, 50% of the total booking
amount will be charged.

Cancellations
made 21 to 15 days before the date of
arrival, 50% of the total booking amount
will be charged.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival
or No-Show, 100% of the total booking
amount will be charged.
1 May 2012 - 31 October 2012
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival or No-Show, one night will be charged.
